Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central Florida (BGCNCFL) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase of grocery and food products for the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).

Estimated Participation: 350 meals per day
Program Length: 10 weeks
Service Period: May 2026 – August 2026

The Boys and Girls Club of North Central Florida is providing notice to the community of our intent to submit a proposal for funding under the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Program.

This proposed program will serve students and families in the following target schools:

  • Lafayette County Elementary School
  • Lafayette County High School
  • Lighthouse Christian Academy

The 21st CCLC program will provide high-quality afterschool and summer learning opportunities designed to support student academic achievement and overall success. Planned services include:
• Academic enrichment (reading, math, homework assistance)
• STEM, arts, and hands-on enrichment activities
• Family engagement and educational opportunities for parents and caregivers

This initiative is based on community needs and student data, including academic performance, attendance, and family input. The program will implement evidence-based strategies and proven practices to improve student outcomes and provide a safe, structured environment during out-of-school hours.

We invite input from parents, teachers, community members, and local organizations to help shape this proposal and ensure it reflects the needs of Lafayette County.

A copy of the proposal will be made available to the public upon submission.
