Boys & Girls Club of North Central Florida (BGCNCFL)

I. Introduction

The Boys & Girls Club of North Central Florida (BGCNCFL) is seeking competitive quotes from qualified vendors for the regular procurement of food and related supplies for our food service program. Vendors must provide products that are comparable in quality and meet USDA meal pattern requirements for Child Nutrition Programs.

II. Scope of Work

BGCNCFL requires the supply and delivery of various food and food service items, including but not limited to:

• Fresh Produce (e.g., apples, bananas, lettuce)
• Canned & Frozen Fruits & Vegetables (e.g., corn, peaches, pineapple)
• Dairy Products (e.g., cheese, yogurt, milk)
• Protein Items (e.g., chicken, turkey, beef, eggs)
• Breads & Grains (e.g., whole wheat bread, pasta, tortillas)
• Breakfast Items (e.g., cereal, waffles, French toast)
• Condiments & Seasonings (e.g., ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic powder)
• Disposable Kitchen Supplies (e.g., cups, plates, utensils)

A detailed product list is attached, which serves as an example of the types and quantities of items needed on a regular basis. Vendors should use this list as a reference when preparing their quotes, ensuring that products are comparable in quality and meet required meal pattern guidelines.

III. Quote Submission Requirements

Vendors must submit a quote including:

1. Pricing per Unit and Case: Itemized pricing, including pack sizes and unit costs.
2. Product Specifications: Details of proposed products and how they compare to requested items.
3. Compliance with Meal Pattern Requirements: Meet USDA guidelines.
4. Delivery Information: Expected delivery time, frequency, and any associated delivery fees.
5. Company Information: Business name, contact person, address, phone number, and email.

IV. Selection Criteria

BGCNCFL will select the vendor(s) that best meet the needs of the program, considering factors such as pricing, product quality, delivery capability, and compliance with meal program guidelines.

V. Submission Deadline & Contact Information

All quotes must be submitted via email to ceo@bgcperry.com no later than March 31, 2025, by 5:00 PM (EST).
